Enabling Invoice Generation

Configure Invoice Settings for Efficient Billing

To enable invoice generation for your school when a learner makes a purchase, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to school settings and access Invoice configuration under Learner Billing.

  • If not already enabled, toggle the Invoice generation button. You can optionally add a Invoice note that will appear on your invoice.

  • You can also include the billing address for your school which will be in the generated invoice. If not added, we won't be able to see the GSIN details. 

    Additionally, you have the option to create a custom Invoice Number.

    • The school can view the generated invoices in the Reports section.

    For Learners:

    • After the payment is processed, the learner will receive the invoice via email.
    • Learners can access their generated invoices for different courses by clicking on Profile > Account > Invoices

    • The learner can simply click on the download icon to easily download the PDF version of their generated invoice. This is what a typical generated invoice looks like.
