Manage your permission settings for your products.
On the product's permission page, you can set the sell Independently, Default Course Enrollment, Course Access Type, and so on.
- To manage your product's permission settings, navigate to Contents > Courses > Desired Course.
- Then click the Settings button.
- Now, you will arrive at the settings page. Select the "Permissions" option under Pricing & Permissions by scrolling down.
- Now you will land on the permissions page. Here you can see your course’s permission settings.
- Sell Independently: By default, each course that you generate will be sold independently from other bundles. If you want to keep them only in a bundle, uncheck this box.
- Default Course Enrollment: If you choose this option, when your learners sign up for their account, they will automatically enrol in the specified product.
- Course Access Type: You can make your course a public, private, or unlisted course.
- Public Course: If you select this option, your course will be available to all of your learners. By default, all of your courses will be public.
- Private Course: This option ensures that your courses are only viewable to the learners you invite.
- Unlisted Course: This option removes the course from all of your products, including bundles. but the learners can access the course via a link.
- Course Selling Platform: You can also choose your course selling platform.
- All Platforms: If you select the "All Platforms" option, your course will be available on all platforms, including web, Android, and iOS.
- Sell course only through mobile apps: If you wish to sell your course on a specific platform, choose the Android and iOS app options.
- Offline Access: If you enable this option, your learner can access and download your course in the app. They can access them at any time.
- To enable this permission, your school should have an Android app subscription, encrypted courses and product selling type should be paid.
- Once you can select the necessary permission settings, click on the Save button.
- With these steps, you can set the sell independently, default course enrollment, course access type, and so on.
