Monitor Devices of Learners

Monitor the devices that students use in your school, control device restrictions, and establish parallel login settings for security.

Device Registration:

You can add a limit to the number of devices (Android and iOS) that learners can use to log in. 

  • Navigate to School Settings.

    • Under the Security label, click on Device Monitor.

    • Toggle to enable device monitoring.
    • Set a limit for the number of parallel logins. (Applies to Android and iOS mobile devices)

    • Click Save to apply changes. 

    Parallel Login:

    Restrict users from being active on more than one device at a time. This prevents simultaneous logins on multiple devices.

    • Check the Restrict Parallel Logins box to prevent multiple users from logging in simultaneously.

    • Click Save to apply changes. 

    By default, users are restricted to logging in on just one device for web access, as parallel logins are not allowed for web access.
