Adding new Learners to a Course

If a learner prefers not to pay online or on the platform, they can be enrolled directly into our school via Offline Payments.

Adding Learner Directly

  • Go to Users > Learners.

  • Click on Add to create a new learner profile.

  • Enter the learner's email. A default password will be generated for new enrollments.
  • Choose the course/product for enrollment.
  • If the access type is Paid, it indicates the user has already made the payment.
  • If the access type is Trial, the learner will have a trial period before payment is required.
  • Click Add New Learner to complete the process.

Importing New Learners:

  • Click More > Import Learners.

  • Download the import template provided.

  • Paste learner details into the template and upload it.
  • Review import stats in the Import History tab.

Enrolling Existing Learners: 

  • Click on the learner for whom you want to add a course to.

  • Choose the product type: Paid or Trial.

    1. For Paid, the platform deducts the specified amount.
    2. For Trial, select a pricing plan for enrollment after the trial period ends
  • Select the pricing plan that you would like the learner to enroll in.

  • The course will be added to the learner's dashboard.
