Overview of the Question Pool.
The question pool is a great tool to load all your questions at one go and use them later in different mock tests and section quizzes, as and when required.
- To create your school's question pool, log in as an admin.
- Then select Content from the left-hand menu bar.
- Now, choose Question Pool from the drop-down.
- You will now be on this page. Then, click the Create button.
- On this page, enter the title of the question pool and click the Create button.
- Now you have created your question pool. To add different kinds of questions to your question pool, pick the question pool.
- Now, click the Add Question button.
- You will now be on this page. If you wish to create a question here, select the Create Question option.
- When you click it, different kinds of questions display. Now, simply select any question type.
- Now I've selected the multiple-choice question.
- Here you can include quiz instructions, questions, options, and an explanation of the answer. To indicate the correct answer, tick this box.
- After you've entered the relevant information for your quiz, click the Settings symbol to customise the question.
- Once you've made your changes, click the Save button.
- If you want to go into more detail about this topic, click the upload explanation option and include an attachment.
- You can also add different types of questions and import questions from Word and Excel documents.
