Purchase CourseGuard Licenses

This article explains how to buy licenses for CourseGuard based on your course duration and student numbers.

CourseGuard is a paid advanced security feature designed to prevent piracy. You must purchase licenses based on your needs before enabling it.

• 1 license = 12 months of course duration per student. 
• 6-month course = 0.5 licenses per student.
• Formula: License Consumed = Validity in Months ÷ 12

Example:

If you have 100 students enrolled in a 1-year course and 200 students in a 6-month course:

• 100 × 1 license = 100 licenses
• 200 × 0.5 licenses = 100 licenses
• Total licenses needed = 200

To Purchase Licenses.

Log in to the Learnyst Admin Dashboard.

1. In the left menu, Navigate to the Add-ons section.
2. Select CourseGuard.

• Click Purchase to check the pricing plan.

• Choose & Purchase a pricing plan that fits your needs.

• Select a payment method and complete the purchase.

• After a successful payment, you will get the order details.
• Click GO TO DASHBOARD to return to the CourseGuard page.
