Roles and Permissions of Sub Admins
With this comprehensive set of roles, you can effectively delegate tasks to your team members, ensuring they have access to only the necessary features and data
To access the roles available for sub-admins, go to Users > Sub Admins and select the Roles label to see the permissions they offer.
Here are the different roles available for sub-admins:
Root Admin:
This role has access to all features except payment gateways, admin users, upgrades, and cancellations, making it suitable for delegating important tasks when you're unavailable
Content Admin:Sub-admins with this role can manage products, categories, student discussions, review essays, student reviews, question pools, and newsfeeds.
Content Admin Plus:
In addition to the Content Admin's responsibilities, this role has access to all reports and learner management
Ideal for delegating website and marketing tasks, this role grants access to the site builder and all marketing features like sending emails.
Similar to the Content Admin but without access to products, this role allows sub-admins to manage student discussions, review essays, student reviews, and student support.
Custom Role:
For maximum flexibility, you can create custom roles by mixing and matching sub-admin permissions to meet your specific business needs.
Custom Role is available only in premium plans, with a limit of 5 custom roles.
