Schedule Instructor tracks inside the Batch

You can add the live classes created in your tracks and schedule them directly in the calendar.

To schedule the live classes inside the Calendar. you should to create and add the Tracks inside the Batch

To Schedule the live classes Navigate to Admin Dashboard >> Contents >> Batch >> Batches >> Select the Batch.
Once the batch is selected, click on the Schedule button in the top right corner.

You will see the calendar on the left side and configuration settings on the right side.
In the INSTRUCTOR TRACK section, choose the Track from the drop-down list.

Once the Track is selected, the available sections you created under that track will be displayed. Choose the sections where the live classes are located.

After selecting the section, all the available live classes under that section will be displayed. Click on the Plus button to schedule them in the calendar.

A pop-up box will appear showing the necessary details of the selected live class, including the instructor's details.
To schedule the event, click on the Schedule button, and it will be added automatically to the calendar with the start and end time of that live class.

Note: To edit the start and end times of the live class, click on the Edit button (pencil symbol). This will take you to the corresponding live class configuration page, where you can reschedule the live class.

Now you have scheduled a live class to the calendar. These calendar schedules will also be updated in the instructor's dashboard, allowing them to conduct live classes.

Now you can see the Live classes that you have scheduled in the calendar.
