Set up a Limited Time Offer Plan
Limited Time Offer Plans: Offer Discounted Course Prices for a Limited Duration
A Limited time offer plan allows learners to buy a course at a discounted price within a set timeframe. Here is how to set up a Limited Time Offer Plan. You must have a Premium or above plan for your school to create Limited Time Offer Plans.
- Navigate to Course Settings and Click on Pricing & Validity under Pricing & Permissions.
- Click on Add Pricing Plan and opt for Limited Time Offer Plan.
- Add the Course price and the mandatory field of discounted price.
- Set the Validity for your course.
- Enter the Start and End time.
The Start Time should be greater than the current time, and the end time should be greater than the start time.
- If your course includes trial lessons, define the Trial Duration, which dictates how long users can access the trial contents.
- Finally, click on the Add Pricing Plan button to save the pricing plan as an unpublished draft.
- Within Drafts, select the newly created Instalment Pricing Plan and set the status to Published by clicking on Publish Status > Published.
- You can set the pricing plan as the default pricing plan under Edit Plan.
- From the Admin Dashboard, navigate to View as learner to preview how your course appears with multiple pricing plans, including the recently created Limited Time Offer Plan.
When the Limited Time Offer Plan's Special Offer ends, the pricing plan automatically transitions to a One-time Purchase plan, with the regular undiscounted price set as the new price.
