Suspend a Learners account
In some cases, an administrator may need to temporarily suspend a learner's account. Suspending an account allows for a learner's access to be revoked while preserving their data and progress.
To suspend a learner's account, follow these steps:
- Access the Learners section by navigating to Users > Learners.
- Locate the learner whose account you wish to suspend and click on their email address.
- Once you've selected the learner, click on More > Settings to access their account settings.
- In the learner's settings, locate the Suspend Account section and click Suspend to suspend the learner and restrict account access.
Upon suspension, the learner will be immediately logged out of all devices and prevented from accessing their account.
- To reactivate the suspended account, simply click Active to activate. The learner's data and progress will be preserved on activation.
