Suspend a Learners account

In some cases, an administrator may need to temporarily suspend a learner's account. Suspending an account allows for a learner's access to be revoked while preserving their data and progress.

To suspend a learner's account, follow these steps:

• Access the Learners section by navigating to Users > Learners.
  
  
• Locate the learner whose account you wish to suspend and click on their email address.
• Once you've selected the learner, click on More > Settings to access their account settings.
  
  
• In the learner's settings, locate the Suspend Account section and click Suspend to suspend the learner and restrict account access.
   

• To reactivate the suspended account, simply click Active to activate. The learner's data and progress will be preserved on activation.
