To submit new apps to the App Store, you need to let us know whether or not you’re a trader. The Digital Services Act in the EU requires Apple to verify and display trader contact information for all traders distributing apps on the App Store.
Follow the below steps.
Step 1 : Login to your AppStoreConnect Page.
AppStore link : https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/login
Enter your id and password and login to your Account.
Step 2 : Select the "Apps" option here
Step 3 : Click on "Complete Compliance Requirements"
Step 4: Click on "Complete Compliance Requirements for Learnyst Insight Private Limited"
Step 5 : Click on "Complete Compliance Requirements".
Step 6 : choose the second option labeled "This is a non-trader provider account" and then click on "Done."
Step 7 : You will notice the following message displayed:
"Digital Services Act Compliance
You have successfully fulfilled all regulatory obligations at this juncture."
After completing the Declaration of Trader Status for EU Compliance (Digital Services Act), you will notice that the warning has disappeared from the App page.
