View and Remove Learner's active devices

Admins can monitor and manage learner devices to detect and address suspicious activities, ensuring a secure learning environment.

Viewing and Managing Learner Devices:

  • Navigate to the Users section and select Learners from the dropdown menu.

  • Click the learner whose device information you wish to view.

  • Click on Active Devices which lists all devices logged in.

  • To revoke access, click the trash icon next to the device entry.

Tracking Learner Login Activities (Anti-Piracy Pack) 

If you have subscribed to the Anti-Piracy Pack, you can monitor learner login activities and detect potential account sharing or unauthorized access.

  • From your dashboard, navigate to Add-Ons > Anti-Piracy Pack.

  • Click on the Reports tab to access the Login Tracker.

  • Locate the learner's email address and click on it.
  • You will see the log of learner's login activities, including the IP addresses used and device type.

  • Frequent changes in IP addresses or logins from multiple locations may indicate potential account sharing or unauthorized access.
