View and Remove Learner's active devices
Admins can monitor and manage learner devices to detect and address suspicious activities, ensuring a secure learning environment.
In this article:
Viewing and Managing Learner Devices:
- Navigate to the Users section and select Learners from the dropdown menu.
- Click the learner whose device information you wish to view.
- Click on Active Devices which lists all devices logged in.
- To revoke access, click the trash icon next to the device entry.
Tracking Learner Login Activities (Anti-Piracy Pack)
If you have subscribed to the Anti-Piracy Pack, you can monitor learner login activities and detect potential account sharing or unauthorized access.
- From your dashboard, navigate to Add-Ons > Anti-Piracy Pack.
- Click on the Reports tab to access the Login Tracker.
- Locate the learner's email address and click on it.
- You will see the log of learner's login activities, including the IP addresses used and device type.
- Frequent changes in IP addresses or logins from multiple locations may indicate potential account sharing or unauthorized access.
By leveraging these tools, you can proactively identify and mitigate potential security risks, ensuring a fair and secure learning environment for all your learners.
