Enable Wallets for Reward Points
Schools have the option to activate Wallets, allowing them to attract more learners by incorporating referrals and reward points into the wallet.
Learners can earn reward points and use the wallet reward points for purchasing products.
For the School Admin
- On the sidebar, locate Marketing and click on Wallets.
- Toggle the wallet label to enable wallets for learners.
- Specify the value of 1 credit point in the wallet. For example, if 1 credit point equals 2INR, then using 30 credit points for a discount in a course would result in a total discount of 60INR.
- Set the Maximum Credit points a learner can have inside their wallet.
- Set the Maximum Credit Per Order, which is the maximum credit points a learner can use when purchasing a product.
- Click Save to make changes.
Once the school has enabled Wallet, only now we can incorporate referrals for our school.
For Learners:
- Navigate to the Learner's profile and choose the Wallets option.
- Available Balance refers to the current credits that are there in the wallet.
- Used credits indicate the credits expended during a purchase.
- Earned Credits represent the total credits earned so far.
- You can access the transaction logs to see a complete history of all the transactions that have been processed.
