How to update your App to the latest version in Google Play Console.

Whenever the Learnyst team releases a new version of the app, Admin needs to update the app on the Play Store to ensure learners can download and experience the latest changes.

Once the app is built, proceed with the following steps.

 

Step 1: Download the AAB file.

 

Step 2: After downloading the AAB file, initiate the app release process in the Google Play Console.

Step 3: Navigate to the Google Play Console using this link: https://play.google.com/console/about/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=PMAX&utm_term=%7c&utm_content=&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiApOyqBhDlARIsAGfnyMocibnay1oaKr5fhvDfZC3Xsq5AJ09EgXKPCYucYZmgkkiQo-WJ0Q8aAjOeEALw_wcB

Step 4: Click on "Go to Play Console."

 

Step 5: Select the account in which the app is created.

 

Step 6: Choose your developer account (we've selected Learnyst).

Step 7: Select your app (we've chosen Nomigrat).

 

Step 8: You'll be redirected to the dashboard.

 

Step 9: Navigate to production.

 

Step 10: Click on "Create New Release."

 

Step 11: Scroll down and click on "Upload."

 

Step 12: Select the AAB file downloaded in the earlier step.

 

Step 13: Wait for the AAB file to upload; this may take 5 to 10 minutes depending on internet speed.

After uploading, you'll see the bundle below.

Step 14: Press the "Save" button.

Step 15: Select "Go to Overview."

 

Step 16: Choose "Send 1 chance for review."

 

Step 17: Select "Add Changes."

 

Step 18: Now, choose "Production" > "Releases" (here you can see that the app is in review).

It may take 1 to 2 days for the app to go live.
